Lam Zhi Gin signs new Hamburg deal
Hamburg midfielder Lam Zhi Gin has put pen to paper on a new contract that will keep him at the Imtech Arena until 2015.The 20-year-old has made five Bundesliga appearances for HSV this season and sporting director Frank Arnesen was delighted with the new agreement.
"Zhi Gin has developed well, he is fast, has very good technique and plays cleverly," the 55-year-old said according to Spox.com.
The youngster, who is eligible for both Germany and China, was similarly pleased to be staying at the club.
"I am very happy to continue playing for Hamburg. Here I have completed my first league game and I appreciate the trust that the club have in me.
"Hamburg currently languish in the relegation zone with only two wins to their name this season.
